Excel has a built-in feature to consolidate multiple sheets into one. Consolidation can be perform by the following option in Excel:

எக்செல் பல தாள்களை ஒன்றிணைக்க ஒரு உள்ளமைக்கப்பட்ட அம்சத்தைக் கொண்டுள்ளது. எக்செல் இல் பின்வரும் விருப்பத்தின் மூலம் ஒருங்கிணைப்பு செய்ய முடியும்:

1. Manual Copy / Paste
2. Consolidation Option under the Data Tab
3. Pivot Table
4. Power Query

In this tutorial, I am going to explain the 2nd option from the above list. Lets say you have multiple data sets in 7 sheets. You want to combine / consolidate / join all the 7 sheets in to one. Follow the following steps to combine / consolidate / join all the 7 sheets into one consolidated output.

• Step 1: Keep your selection in a new sheet
• Step 2: Go to Data Tab
• Step 3: Navigate to Data Tools
• Step 4: Click on the Consolidation option
• Step 5: Choose the decried function from the Function field in the Consolidate dialog box such as SUM, COUNT, AVERAGE, MAX, MIN…
• Step 6:  Select the desired ranges one by one using the Reference or Brows field
• Step 7: Now you able to see all the added references in the All References area
• Step 8: Make sure to check both the check boxes “Top row” and “Left column” under the “Use labels in” section
• Step 9: Also, make sure to watch the “Create links to source data” in the bottom area which helps us to create link between the consolidated output to the original data source
• Step 10: Click “Okay”

These are the simple 10 steps to create a simple Consolidated output in Excel. Now you able to see the beautiful outlined consolidated output as expected.
